• What you send through a contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus anything optional you choose to add, such as your organization, phone number, and timeline.
• Standard technical data: like almost every website, the hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set its own cookies.

How it's used

Contact form details are used only to reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started. If you use the form on a specific professional's profile, your message goes to that professional, and Vibrant Blue receives a short note that the inquiry was made. You'll also receive an automatic confirmation email.

Who it's shared with

Your information is never sold and is not used for unrelated marketing. It's shared only with the professional you chose to contact, and with the service providers that make the site and email work (web hosting and email). It may also be disclosed where the law requires.

How long it's kept

Inquiry emails are kept as long as they're useful for the conversation and normal business records, then deleted. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
